Our Policy

  • Change of Mind: We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out, but unfortunately, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please make sure you’re happy with your choice before completing your order!

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you’ve received a damaged or faulty item, please let us know as soon as possible (within 14 days of receiving your order). We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund for you, depending on availability.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

If your item is faulty or damaged, here’s what to do:

  2. Provide Details: Let us know your order number and what’s wrong with the item (feel free to include a photo of the issue).
  3. We’ll Sort It Out: Once we confirm the issue, we’ll help you with either a return, replacement, or full refund. We’ll cover the return shipping costs for faulty items.

Refunds

Once your return is processed (if applicable), we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for items that aren’t faulty or damaged, but if you have any issues with sizing or fit, feel free to reach out to us. We’re happy to guide you to the best fit for your next purchase!
